We curated this programme during our summer residency at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity. It is a multimedia exploration of an extra/ordinary day in Hong Kong. Two Toronto-based percussionists from Hong Kong share their memories of home through voice, sound, film, and lighting, with music ranging from reimagined folk songs, to contemporary percussion music.

Through its sights and sounds, we invite you to experience nostalgia, excitement, longing, and the hustle and bustle of an extraordinary day in the city of Hong Kong.
